Nike Foamposite Lite ASG - All-Star Game 2009 - East & West
Nike Basketball’s newest Foamposite based shoe was released this past year at the very end of 2008 as one of the shoes that will be featured on a number of NBA players during the second half of this 2008-09 NBA Season including Amare Stoudemire, Caron Butler, and David West. Now with NBA All-Star Weekend (ASG) only a week away, Nike will be releasing two new colorways of the Foamposite Lite in limited quantities at select Nike Basketball retailers including the House of Hoops doors across the US. Vans Snakeskin Leather Pack
Vans latest endeavors land two of their classic silhouettes in a snake skin motif. Both the SK8 Hi and Slip-on receive full textured faux snake skin uppers with matching waxed laces. The hi tops sport contrasting white midsoles while the slip-ons receive black tonal accenting. hypebeast.com
Vans Vault - Pea Coat Chukka - Fall 2009
The theme of re-applying various themes in its literal context on footwear is nothing new. From the recent fruit/watermelon inspired joints to other odd-ball themes, Vans Vault manages to keep it classy with their upcoming interpretation of the peacoat on the Chukka Boot. Vans Womens Watermelon Pack - Spring '09
No one can accuse Vans of not having fun. This latest collection keeps the wackiness rolling with watermelon versions of the Era, Slip-On and Chukka in women’s sizes. The uppers of all three are a delicious pink canvas with black printed seeds. Further staying true to the look of the summertime treat, the midsoles are green like the fruit’s outer rind with a white rim dividing them from the pink. If you’re mouth is watering, you only have to wait until March for these.
