7-Eleven Nike Air Max 95

Nike is turning to an unlikely source of inspiration for its latest Air Max 95 release: Japan’s beloved convenience store culture. The upcoming Nike Air Max 95 “7-Eleven” pays tribute to the iconic retailer, whose Japanese locations have earned a reputation for offering a far more elevated experience than the typical convenience store.

Part of a broader concept celebrating Japan’s major convenience store chains, the “7-Eleven” colorway is expected to arrive alongside a separate Lawson-themed Air Max 95 that has yet to be officially unveiled. Both releases feature the model’s coveted Big Bubble construction, a nod to the silhouette’s original design specifications.

The sneaker draws heavily from 7-Eleven’s recognizable branding. Rich suede overlays dominate the upper, highlighted by the chain’s signature orange, green, and red striping. Additional grey suede panels provide contrast, while brown suede accents appear on the mudguard, heel, and outsole to round out the palette. Branding details continue on the tongue, where the Air Max logo adopts the same trio of colors found in the retailer’s logo. A custom graphic insole is also included, though its full design remains under wraps.

The collaboration reflects the unique standing of 7-Eleven in Japan, where the chain has become known for its quality food offerings, spotless stores, and extensive selection of prepared meals. From fresh sushi and bento boxes to fried chicken and regional specialties, Japanese 7-Eleven locations have developed a devoted following among both locals and visitors.

The project also revives memories of the highly sought-after Nike SB Dunk Low “7-Eleven,” a Japan-exclusive release originally planned for the 2020 Olympic Games before being cancelled. Despite never reaching retail shelves, surviving pairs have become prized collector’s items, frequently commanding resale prices well into four figures and occasionally reaching nearly $5,000.

The Nike Air Max 95 “7-Eleven” is scheduled to launch later this summer through the SNKRS platform and select retailers. Retail pricing has been set at $210 USD.

Ducks of a Feather and Nike Celebrate the Oregon–Japan Connection With the Air Max 1 “Tokyo”

A new chapter in the Ducks of a Feather collaboration arrives this summer as Nike, Division Street, and Flight Club unite for the launch of the highly exclusive Ducks of a Feather x Nike Air Max 1 “Tokyo.” The release celebrates the connection between the University of Oregon community and Japan’s influential sneaker scene while supporting Oregon student-athletes through proceeds generated by the project.
The design embraces a refined aesthetic inspired by Tokyo’s appreciation for understated elegance and expert craftsmanship. Premium grey tones dominate the upper, creating a clean and sophisticated foundation. Injecting energy into the silhouette are vivid multicolored accents that reflect the electric atmosphere of Tokyo’s most famous nightlife and fashion hubs, including Shibuya and Harajuku. Several custom details reinforce the storytelling behind the release. A distinctive Duck head emblem appears throughout the sneaker alongside colorful graphic elements representing the worldwide diversity of the Ducks community.

Completing the theme, the tongue features embroidered Japanese text translating to “GO DUCKS,” further strengthening the cultural connection behind the project. The Air Max 1 follows a series of notable Ducks of a Feather releases throughout 2026, including collaborative takes on the Nike GT Future and Air Max 95 BB. Adding to the excitement surrounding the launch, renowned Nike designer Tinker Hatfield will make a special appearance at Flight Club Tokyo for an exclusive meet-and-greet event on June 26.

Consumers will have their chance to secure the limited-edition sneaker beginning with online and in-store raffle entries running from June 23 through June 26. The Ducks of a Feather x Nike Air Max 1 “Tokyo” will officially release on June 28, 2026, exclusively through Flight Club Tokyo.
